FARMERS MARKETS:
- Central Market – Lancaster -Tues., Fri., and Saturday – a wonderful historic market that represents the diversity of Lancaster County. You will find ethnic foods, wonderful bakeries and food to walk and eat, all in the heart of the city. The oldest continuously operated farmers market in the USA.
- Green Dragon – Friday only
- Roots Market and Auction – Manheim- Tuesday only – several acres of just about anything you might want. Fresh produce and meat,as well as candies, and specialty foods. I shop here every week.
- Mount Joy Farmers Market – Saturday only May-September- This small market in our little town of Mount Joy is what can happen within a community that works together.
- Marietta – Sunday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Flanagan Park – A nice place to pick up produce on your way home.
- Roadside Stands – they are open at the discretion of the owner, but usually sell what they grow.
