Sturgis Pretzels in Lititz has been around for a long time and I’m sure will have a lot to do with this event. If you venture to Intercourse you can go to Intercourse Pretzel Factory, my favorite pretzel there is the brown butter pretzel. Lancaster County is settled by the Germans and we love our pretzels, whether they are thin, fat, flavored, plain or dipped (chocolate is good). You need to experience this to understand.

Lancaster County has loads of entertainment. The dinner theatre has been here a long time. Dutch apple which usually has something musical and Rainbow is 100% comedy. Dutch Apple will be doing Anne Get Your Gun starting May 3 and running to June 17. Rainbow is doing The Dixie Swim Club now thru May 26. Bird in Hand Restaurant is now doing dinner theatre on a limited basis The Confession by Beverly Lewis now- Nov. 30. On top of all that is American Music Theatre, Sight and Sound and Fulton which we can cover another time.
Easter Week for some is a holy time for others it is a time for celebrating Spring. If you are the former you might want to come enjoy an Easter Sunrise service with other believers followed by a breakfast at the church or come back to the B&B and have breakfast. If you are the later we have shopping and hiking or biking.
